Pure Xylophone sound. Best quality Ebony wood, purchased from traditional German string maker.  Black Ebony heads are  the heaviest and purest of the wood one can get. Expensive and difficult to find, our heads are turned out of  selected quality square rods. Ebony is hard wood,  with dense structure.  After experimenting with various sizes, we selected 28 mm as an ideal combination of balance, weight and overall feel.  XEB-28 are constructed as absolute top quality professional mallets, but their  qualitative value will be appreciated only where pure sound of wood is desired.
XEB-28 has strong, crisp, wooden  and loud sound.  28 mm also contributes positively for piano playing  by producing as much of a fundament sound as possible. Perfectly crafted, hand  fine sanded and waxed.  Rattan  hand wrapped  with bordeaux yarn.  This is an exclusive top model for xylophone for the pure-wood sound lovers only.
